Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has issued a stern warning that the United States will “bitterly regret” the torpedo attack on an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean.
Speaking on ‘X’, Araghchi said, “The United States has committed a great crime at sea, 2,000 miles off the Iranian coast. The Indian Navy’s Dena, a guest ship carrying nearly 130 sailors, was attacked in international waters without warning. Mark my words: The United States will bitterly regret the precedent it has set.”
