Mr. Gunaratne said that the main reason for doctors to leave the country is the high taxes imposed by the government and the current instability in the country and the hospital is facing a crisis due to the doctors leaving the country.
Specialist Dr. Ashoka Gunaratne said that as the number of doctors decreases, we will have to put one in a place where there were two, or two in a place where there were three.
