‘I request the government to find the property of these people hidden abroad and bring it to the country without taxing the people’! Chandrika commences the battle against  Rajapaksas! VIDEO I Sri Lanka Latest News

Former President Mrs Chandrika Bandaranaike said that the decision given by the Supreme Court that the Rajapaksas bankrupted the country is an excellent one, and according to that decision, the government should take steps to bring the property of these people hidden in foreign countries to the country.

Issuing a special statement, she mentioned that relief can be given to the people without burdening them with taxes and that there are currently various mechanisms to search for such confiscated properties.
