The Sri Lanka Human Rights Commission says that it will initiate a special investigation to find out whether the human rights of the inpatients of Angoda National Institute of Mental Health are being violated. Sri Lanka Latest News
The Commission further mentions that this investigation is being initiated due to the allegation that a patient who was receiving treatment at the Angoda National Institute of Mental Health died due to being assaulted by a group of its junior staff.
