The Supreme Court today decided to adjourn the hearing of the petition filed by Ministers Harin Fernando and Manusha Nanayakkara to nullify the decision taken by the Samagi Jana Balawega to cancel their party membership. Sri Lanka Latest News
The hearing of the petition was held before Judges Vijith Malalgoda, Gamini Amarasekara and Arjuna Obeysekera.
However, due to the fact that the bench of judges who participated in the hearing of this petition today was not assembled properly, the hearing of the petition was ordered to be adjourned until the 27th.
