According to Midigama police, a group of people who came from a car shot the owner of the oven shop yesterday (29) night in front of a tourist oven shop in Ahangama.
The injured man was taken to hospital and a hospital spokesman said his condition was serious.
When he was on a motorcycle in front of his restaurant, a group of people who came from a car shot him and fled and the police said that a group of disciples of Nadun Chinthaka Wickramaratne aka Harak Kata may have done this.
