GMOA Delegation Meets Sajith Premadasa to Discuss Salary and Overtime Cuts in Government Budget

A special meeting between a delegation from the Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) and Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa took place today at the Opposition Leader’s Office in Parliament.

The discussion was attended by officials of the GMOA, Member of Parliament Dr. Kavinda Jayawardena, and General Secretary of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya, Ranjith Madduma Bandara.

During the meeting, the delegation briefed Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa on the salary reductions faced by doctors under the current government budget, including cuts to overtime payments.
