Mr. Nalin Bandara said that JVP has accepted in writing that all the 4 ministries that JVP took over failed due to incompetence and through that the party had to face a serious challenge.
He pointed out that they were unable to protect at least the radio channel given to JVP by Mr Mahinda Rajapaksa.
