An adjournment debate on the Easter Sunday terror attack is set to take place on the 9th of this month, Sri Lanka Latest News reports.
Although a two-day debate was previously held on this matter, no disclosures were made regarding the mastermind behind the attack.
In light of this, the opposition is preparing to exert significant pressure on the government during the upcoming debate, demanding that the true masterminds of the Easter Sunday attack be revealed.
It is worth noting that both the President and the Malima government have repeatedly assured the public—both before and after the presidential election—that the identities of those behind the Easter attack would be disclosed.
