Parliamentarian Dr Harsha de Silva raising concerns in the parliament said that Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation has crores of many to spend on newspaper advertisement and hold parties with expensive alcohol but it is pity to note it does not have a penny to spend on social welfare.
However, this is not the first time that the Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation has been accused of this.
He further noted that in numerous previous occasions too, many serious allegations were made against the insurance corporation and due to that we also engaged in investigation about it.
During those investigations, we were able to uncover a lot of information about the people involved in such incidents and what political connections they have.
