He had made this unfortunate decision in his own home, as a resident of Wellawaya.
Sahan Ratnayake, 42, is married man with two children.
He graduated from Peradeniya University and most recently worked at Badulla Hospital.
Dr. Palitha Rajapaksa, the officer in charge of the emergency department at Badulla General Hospital, stated that everyone knows Dr. Sahan Ratnayake as a very humble doctor.
