Mr. Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said that a crude oil ship will arrive on the 13th, Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery will be reopened on the 15th of this month, and then the production of many types of fuel will begin.
The energy minister added that the kerosene produced in the oil refinery will be continuously distributed to all sectors including fishermen from the 19th of this month.
