We refer to our announcement dated 12 November 2025 and wish to inform that DFCC Bank has received approval from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in terms of Section 12(1)(c) of the Banking Act No. 30 of 1988 (as amended), to proceed with the proposed acquisition.
Following receipt of this regulatory approval, DFCC Bank will proceed with the next phases of the transaction, including the planned migration and integration activities.
The transaction is expected to be concluded by 2Q 2026.
A further announcement will be made upon completion of the transaction.
This disclosure is made in compliance with the immediate disclosure requirements under Section 8 of the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange.
