Lasith, a seasoned technology leader with over 35 years of international experience, brings deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology modernisation. His career has spanned key markets including Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Japan, Cambodia, the UK, and Sri Lanka, covering sectors such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Retail, Leisure and Entertainment, Manufacturing and Healthcare. He has led major digital initiatives for multi-million-dollar organisations, integrating business strategy with advanced technological capabilities.

Throughout his extensive career, Lasith has designed and executed enterprise-wide technology ecosystems involving MicroServices, APIs, complex communication networks, data centres, disaster recovery frameworks, and cloud environments. He is also a specialist in enterprise applications, having overseen successful implementations of Oracle–PeopleSoft ERP, Core Banking platforms, credit card systems, eBusiness applications and mission-critical custom solutions. His leadership has shaped high-performing technology and operations teams, strengthened service delivery and supported transformative change across both the Banking and Hospitality sectors.
