Speaking at a media briefing held at the Ministry of Agriculture in Battaramulla on the 28th, the Deputy Minister stated that the underlying causes of the delay are being investigated, and measures are being implemented to resolve the issue. He assured that every farmer who has cultivated will receive the promised subsidy.
