A complaint has been submitted to the Criminal Investigation Department against several people, including famous chef Pabilis Silva, for threatening the peacefully protesting Buddhist monks at the Galle Face on 9th November.
Chirantha Amarasinghe of Freedom Protection Organization has submitted this complaint.
