The Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Kei Shenghong, met with President Ranil Wickramasinghe and expressed his displeasure due to the government’s cancellation of the permission given to the Chinese Yuan Wang 5 communication ship to arrive at Hambantota port in the face of Indian pressure.
