Colombo, February 18 – Chargesheets were presented today before the Colombo High Court against Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, accusing him of misappropriating Rs. 70 million in connection with the Krish deal.
The Attorney General formally filed the charges, which were submitted before Colombo High Court Judge Manjula Thilakaratne.
Following the submission, the High Court Judge ordered the release of Namal Rajapaksa on bail.
