The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) today denied receiving any proposals for electricity tariff revision from the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB).
Jayanath Herath, the PUCSL’s Corporate Communications Director, made this statement to the media while rejecting media reports claiming that the CEB had submitted a proposal for the revision of electricity tariffs for the PUCSL’s approval.
However, the Corporate Communications Director stated that this commission has not received such a proposal.
