The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the President in his capacity as Minister of Finance, Economic Stability, and National Policies to conduct negotiations and enter into agreements with the Asian Development Bank.
The “Food Security and Livelihood Restoration Emergency Assistance Project” is intended to protect the poor’s food security and livelihoods in disaster situations.
Furthermore, the Japan Fund for a Prosperous and Resilient Asia and Pacific Region has agreed to provide a 3 million USD grant via the Asian Development Bank to fund project activities.
