It is reported that the founder of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, former Minister Basil Rajapaksa, has made the relevant call.
Accordingly, it is stated that all the members of parliament and organizers representing the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna have been called to the party headquarters at Nelum Mawatha at 10.45 am.
It is reported that the purpose of this meeting is to discuss the upcoming political situation.
Meanwhile, the decisions taken in the recent discussion between President Ranil Wickramasinghe and former Minister Basil Rajapaksa are also scheduled to be discussed here.
It is stated that the relevant discussion was held last Saturday afternoon regarding the current political situation between the President and Mr. Basil Rajapaksa.
