The Attorney General has officially informed the Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court in writing today (13) that the directive issued to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on January 27, 2025, to release three suspects in the murder of journalist Lasantha Wickramatunga has been temporarily suspended.
