Chairman of All Ceylon Bakery Owners’ Association N. Mr. K. Jayawardene stated.
Accordingly, Mr. Jayawardena said that wheat flour available at the lowest price will be sold at a price of 270 to 283 rupees per kilo.
However, he said that the prices of bakery products including bread will not be increased.
Mr. Jayawardena further said that he is waiting for the trade minister to fulfill his promise to reduce the price of wheat flour.
