Anura Demands 500 Million from Johnston! – Sri Lanka Latest News

The National People’s Force leader, Member of Parliament Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake testified in the Colombo District Court today (29) and demanded a compensation of Rs.500 million.

Mr Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who said that this insult was caused by a statement made by Mr Johnston Fernando in a meeting allegedly organized by the Joint Opposition at Tangalle City Hall in 2017, Mr Anura Kumara Dissanayake submitted ten documents including the Kelaniya University Science degree certificate to the court and demanded compensation for the insult caused to him, which carries the reputation of Parliament and society.
