All facilities are in place and the former President Gotabaya Rajapakse will arrive in Sri Lanka soon said Mr.Sagara Kariyawasam, Secretary General of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna .
The Secretary General mentioned this while attending a press conference held today (29).
Sagara Kariyawasam, Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, also said,’ He is coming to Sri Lanka very soon. When the former president comes to the country necessary arrangements should be made for his arrival..
we all know the situation when he left Sri Lanka. He did not leave Sri Lanka under a better environment. If he comes back, he should be provided with the same security and facilities suitable for a former president. I think the necessary arrangements have been made now. We hope that he will come to Sri Lanka in the near future.”
