At 11 am yesterday, when the leader of the opposition was participating in the party leaders’ meeting, the president came to the parliament and made a special statement.
Mr. Chandima Weerakkodi, who was in the House, informed the Leader of the Opposition about this through a telephone call, and the Leader of the Opposition immediately left the party leader’s meeting and came to the Parliament meeting.
