A person who is said to have shared a Facebook post containing a hateful statement against the police and the army in favor of the struggle has been remanded until the eighth of August after being produced before the Galle Magistrate’s Court.
It is said that the lawyer who appeared for the suspect, had pleaded that he be released on bail, but the Matara Computer Crime Division has strongly opposed that the suspect not be granted bail.
