Party leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa has taken steps to place the Disciplinary Committee of Samagi Jana Balawega under President’s Lawyer Mr. Upul Jayasuriya.
It has been learned that this was announced at the party working committee meeting and MP group meeting held yesterday.
Accordingly, it is reported that the leader of the opposition has informed that from now on, no member of parliament can express opinions outside the party’s opinion, and disciplinary action will be taken against people who make such statements regardless of their rank.
