The JJB leader pointed out that some MPs are now blaming the President for the fraud-corruption files he has, but the majority of people are shocked because they are complicit in the fraud and corruption.
He also mentioned that the law will be implemented to the letter under the control of the Corruption National People’s Force in the case of other large-scale corruption cases as well as these fraud-corruption files.
The MP also said:
“We have received a large amount of information about old frauds and corruptions as well as new frauds and corruptions. Certain files are currently “hidden” in the Criminal Investigation Department. Others are stuck under the Corruption Commission’s cupboard. More complaints are on the desk of the Attorney General’s Department.
All this shows the history of large-scale crimes against public property. Those responsible for all this must go before the Attorney General’s Department. Especially under the control of the National People’s Force, the accused who are responsible for this will be punished. I have seen not only the President but also the Ministers belittled about the “file” I have. But what undermines it is their fear. That’s how much they have looted the property and money of this country.” Mr. Dissanayake has stated while stating Mawbima.
