Sri Lanka Police have confirmed the arrest of the 21-year-old daughter of Dr. Maheshi Wijeratne, who is currently in remand custody. The arrest was made in connection with an incident involving alleged threats directed at an officer of the Bribery Commission.
The suspect, a 21-year-old woman, was taken into custody as part of ongoing investigations.
