Reports indicate that crude oil prices continue to rise in the global market.
At the start of trading today (23), the price of a barrel of Brent crude oil surpassed US$98, while a barrel of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil climbed above US$90.
By the close of trading yesterday (22), Brent crude oil was trading at approximately US$95 per barrel, while WTI crude oil was reported at around US$86 per barrel.
