Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike has begun the process of vacating her official residence in Torrington, according to Sri Lanka Latest News.
This move follows the enactment of the Presidents’ Rights Act. The former President had previously requested permission to continue residing at the official premises until November 30, citing ill health.
