Four individuals sustained injuries following a collision between a BMW SUV and a train at a railway crossing in the Kabalana area of Ahangama.
According to police reports, the incident occurred when a train traveling from Beliatta to Kandy struck the SUV, which was carrying six passengers at the time. The injured victims have been admitted to Galle Hospital for treatment.
All those injured are reported to be residents of the Colombo area.
The Ahangama Police have launched further investigations into the incident.
