The Supreme Court has granted permission to name Ranil Wickremesinghe as a respondent in a petition filed by the Presidential Court Judges.
The petition was submitted by President’s Counsel Senaka Walgampaya and was taken up today (27) before Supreme Court Judges Janaka de Silva and Mahinda Samayawardena.
During the proceedings, representatives for the Attorney General and the petitioning parties informed the court that the petition included Ranil Wickremesinghe as a respondent.
