Roy Samanthanam, a member of the Tamil diaspora, states that he was the one who filed the cases in USA against former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
Now he is unable to return to the USA.
He says that if Gota goes back to the states, the case will be activated, and through that, he is liable to be arrested.
