In this meeting which lasted for about one and a half hours, there was a long discussion about the progress of Sri Lanka’s debt restructuring and the processes related to preventing fraud and corruption and the representatives of the National People’s Force also made inquiries about the technology support report that has not been given to the people so far.
In addition to Mr. Peter Brewer representing the International Monetary Fund, Mr. Sarvath Jahan, Deputy Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund, Mr. Katsiaryna Svieydzenka and Mr. Manavi Abeywickrama also participated in the discussion.
National Executive Member Parliamentarian Vijitha Herath, National Executive Member Muditha Nanayakkara and members of the Economic Council Prof. Anil Jayantha, Prof. Seetha Bandara, Dr. Harshana Suriyapperuma and Sunil Handunnetthi participated in this meeting.
