Reverend Thiniawala Palita Thero had filed the case alleging that a Pakistani national living in the United States of America had been given 6.5 million dollars of public money.
The Magistrate has taken steps to dismiss the complaint by accepting the fact that the complaint has not filed sufficient evidence and the complainant has concealed the information that a case has been filed against the accused before the Supreme Court.
