Colombo Additional Magistrate Mrs. Rajindra Jayasuriya stated in the open court today that she expects the members of the five-member medical committee to be appointed transparently to find the cause of the death of businessman Dinesh Shafter.
The magistrate made this statement after considering the facts presented at the time when the magisterial inquiry related to this incident was called before the court today.
After that, the magistrate also ordered that this inquiry be called next Monday to inform the public of the progress of the appointment of this committee.
