Thalangama Police say that the dead body of a millionaire businessman who had been mysteriously missing for a few days was found in the swimming pool of his luxurious three-storied house in Thalangama Pelawatta MDH Pura area.
The police say that the body was naked when it was found.
Roshan Vanninayake, a 49-year-old resident of Kittampahuwa, Wellampitiya, died mysteriously.
The deceased’s sister (1) had also lodged a complaint with the Wellampitiya Police saying that the brother who had left home on the 30th had not returned home yet.
Regarding the mysterious death of the businessman, a magisterial inquiry and Nugegoda Division crime lab officials are also scheduled to come and conduct investigations.
Investigations are being conducted on the instructions of Chief Inspector Roshan Anuruddha, OIC of Thalangama Police.
