A nearby CCTV camera had recorded how an old mother was left on the road.
This incident had happened at a place in Ratnapura city.
They had taken the old mother in a three-wheeler and left her near a road and fled in the three-wheeler.
Later, the Ratnapura police took steps to hospitalize her and she has now been handed over to a Kalawana nursing home.
The Ratnapura Police request the public inform the Ratnapura Police if they know any information about the person who left the old mother on the road.
