Dimuthu Subhash aka ‘Wapara Dimuthu’ was shot and run away by two persons who came on a motorcycle at about 12.30 in the afternoon today (15) in front of Siyambala Pitiya Maha Vidyalaya, Gampaha Makavita Weva Junction Road.
Pudgayalaya, who was shot, died after being admitted to the Gampaha District General Hospital, and he is a resident of Medagamuwa area in Kotugoda. This man was shot while coming to pick up his child from the ground. According to the police, he was accused of spying on a Gampaha shooting incident in 2018.
