Engineer Keerthi Wickramaratne has revealed that a former professor, serving in Godha’s administration, requested a significant commission during efforts to bring in a $7 billion investment aimed at rebuilding Sri Lanka. While Wickramaratne refrained from disclosing the individual’s identity, he indicated that he would reveal the name in writing.
