Former Samagi Jana Balawegaya Member of Parliament, Mr. Ajith Mannapperuma, announced that although his name appears on the Gampaha District nomination list, he will not be contesting in this year’s general election.
During a press conference, Mr. Mannapperuma explained that his decision was prompted by his removal from the position of Gampaha District organizer.
