Mr Prasanna Alwis, the chief magistrate of Colombo, issued an order today regarding state minister Mrs Diana Gamage’s violation of immigration and emigration law suit, stating that an order will be issued on April 24th.
The court issued this order after considering the plaintiff’s request to issue an arrest warrant for Mrs. Diana Gamage under Section 32 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
