Tamil National Alliance Member of Parliament Mr. Shanakyan Rasamanikkam said that a protest campaign will be launched by raising black flags all over Batticaloa on the upcoming Independence Day.
He said that this protest is being made to declare that the people do not have any freedom, and that a campaign has been arranged for that day.
