Member of Parliament Gevidu Kumaratunga said that President Ranil Wickremesinghe has not received a mandate to implement Article 13.

He pointed out that the mandate was given to Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and Mr. Ranil Wickramasinghe will hold the rest of his term.

Therefore, he said to take a new mandate and implement these activities.
