Mr. Wasantha Mudalige, the convenor of the Inter-University Student Union, has been brought to the Colombo Magistrate’s Court by prison officials after being remanded under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
He is summoned to stand trial.
The case will be called later, and the Attorney General will report to the court on the progress of the investigations into Wasantha Mudali.
