The Kandy District program of the new awareness series, launched with the aim of strengthening and mobilizing the United National Party (UNP) ahead of the upcoming Provincial Council elections, was inaugurated under the patronage of Mr. Naveen Dissanayake, Sri Lanka Latest News reports.
Accordingly, the first small public meeting of the series was held in Nawalapitiya.
During the event, Mr. Naveen Dissanayake shared his views on the importance of reuniting as true members of the United National Party and working collectively towards the party’s future goals.
