Students who had got through the 2021 (2022) GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination can apply for university entrance starting next Monday, University Grant Commission (UGC) Chairman Prof. Sampath Amaratunga said.
Addressing the media, he said all preliminary activities relating to the enrollments have been completed for fresh university intake.
Accordingly, the fresh applicants should obtain their students’ handbooks and the relevant books will be distributed among the selected bookstores across the country by Friday the professor said.
He said relevant paper advertisements notifying this, will also be published in three languages in Sunday newspapers describing the book shops where applicants can buy the handbooks.
