It is the “United Petroleum” company of Australia.
The agreement between the company and the Ministry of Power and Energy was signed on the 22nd.
150 petrol stations currently operating in the country are to be transferred to that company and another 50 petrol stations are to be installed by them.
They have registered a company called “United Petroleum Lanka Limited” to carry out operations in Sri Lanka.
